TN 850

TN850 is a high precision thermocouple (S or R) calibrator over the temperature range 0°C to 1500°C. The internal automatic (and linearized) Cold Junction Compensation function allows to get an impressive tracking performance of 0.003°C/°C (between 0 and 50 °C). In addition the self-adaptative linearization mechanism allows to account for probe characteristics automatically during calibration by a National Laboratory (with a residual non-linearity better than 0.01°C). Measurements are provided at a 0.01°C resolution with following warranted key performances:

- Long-term drift < 0.01°C +20ppm of Rdg (per year)

- Short-term stability (jitter) < 0.2 digit ( = 0.002°C)

- Non-linearity residual < 0.01°C
